Due to Hurricane Ian 2022. Hurricane's Helene and Milton 2024, our customers have been impacted by out of pocket expenses, assessments and increased insurance premiums. 

APM has also been impacted by increased insurance premiums, increased labor costs and out of pocket expenses. As a result the business is no longer financially viable.
